Drink driver given 12-month ban

A MOTORIST has been banned from the roads for 12 months after he admitted drink driving.Bolton magistrates heard how John Daubney, aged 30, of Coniston Avenue, Farnworth, committed the offence when he drove a Vauxhall Astra on Settle Street, Bolton, on September 6.He was fined £120 plus £119 in costs and charges.
